Frequently Asked Questions
- We are able to ship using a third party shipper account.
- Display your company shipper account number on your PO request or provide it to us at sales@evesgardeninc.com.
- With shipments made using Third Party Billing, the Buyer is responsible to pay all shipping charges, fees + expenses if shipping charges are reversed back to Eve’s Garden Inc.
We will send you a Payment Authorization Form alongside an itemized invoice for your order. This form must be completed, signed and returned in order for us to process a Card Payment. Payment is required before production can begin.
- Shipping and handling cost is the full responsibility of the Buyer and may vary from estimates.
- If Ground or LTL/Truck shipping , an updated shipping invoice will be sent at the time of shipment when final cost is known.
- If Drop Shipping, cost must be estimated and collected before order production. Any differences between the estimated and final shipping cost will be credited.
- We are able to ship using a third party shipper account.
- Please be aware additional fees will be added for the following: Liftgate Truck, Peak Surcharges, Residential Delivery, Appointment Delivery, Fuel Surcharge, Limited Access Delivery or Change of address once items have shipped.
- Orders canceled after it is shipped will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be liable for all shipping costs leaving and returning back to EGI.
- Our production time is generally 7 – 10 Business days from the date of artwork approval. This does not include transit time for shipping.
- Production time may vary based on workload. Larger orders may require additional time.
- Production will not begin until order payment has been received.
- In-Hands Date: Orders received within 7 days of In-Hands Date will require an expedited production fee!
Minimum order is $300 Net
Not including Set-up & Run Charge.

- In– Hand Samples are sent out at the NET COST of the FIRST
Pricing Column Plus a $5 Dollar Box Charge (N), THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES. - Shipping may be billed to your shipper account.
- Digital Sample Proofs are provided FREE OF CHARGE.
- We can include a client supplied message at no additional charge.
- Please deliver message inserts to our facility before production begins so we may best accommodate your in hands date.
Laser Engraving Charges
- Set-up Fee (One Time) – $93.75 (V)
- Run Charge (Each) – $3.75 (R) per unit
- MULTIPLE SIDES MAY BE ENGRAVED AT COST OF AN ADDITIONAL RUN CHARGE PER UNIT, $3.75 (R).
Laser Engraving is NOT COLORED.
Logo or message is laser etched on ceramic, wood, or glass container.
- Custom BRANDED Plant Care Tags are available at additional cost of $0.84 (R) per unit.
- Maximum imprint area for tags:
Square – 1.75”W x 1.5”H
Rectangle – 1.75”W x 0.75”H

Artwork File Format: Please submit your Artwork for Engraving or Custom Imprint as a Adobe Illustrator (.Ai) or Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) File. Other accepted formats include (.PNG, .SVG, or .TIFF).

Rectangle – 1.75”W x 0.75”H - Maximum imprint area for Zen Garden Instruction Guide or Message Card – 4.00”W x 2.75”H.

- We Laser Engrave on most of our containers.

- Party Favors cannot be engraved.

- For 1 additional Succulent add $4.00 (N) per arrangement.
- For 2 additional Air Plants, add $1.00 (N) per arrangement.
We do not have templates for our laser engraving or any other custom imprint options. If you would like to produce a custom mock up on your own to provide for engraving reference, please ask us for a high resolution photo of the product. Maximum imprint areas for containers are detailed on every product price table. Unless specified otherwise, we will engrave as large as possible on the container; while keeping the proportions of the original artwork dimensions.
