Eve’s Garden, Inc. policies do not apply to customers requiring contract purchase agreements and/or special services, terms, conditions of sale, or delivery, which are not specifically included here.

To qualify for the discount given for promotional products distributors a valid ASI or Sage number must be provided.

Sample Policy
Samples are available upon request. The list cost of the product must be prepaid for a sample to be shipped. The sample cost will be deducted from your invoice at the time of order. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. We can provide a virtual sample at no cost. Please allow three business days of production time for all sample requests.

Sales Policy
The minimum order requirement for promotional pricing is $300.00 in products.   This does not include set-up fees, run charges, or shipping and handling.  ALL Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% credit card fee.

Most orders can be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or wire transfer unless terms have been established.  If paying by Credit Card, an Authorization Form must be filled out then emailed or faxed to our promotional representative, download this form here. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3% credit card fee unless the transaction is made with a check or wire transfer.

Production Time
We generally require ten business days from the time of final approval for production. This can vary based on how busy we are. Large orders may require additional time.  This does not include transit time for shipping.

Shipping Policy
All items ship fully assembled and are FOB Groveland, Florida. This means that you pay all freight beginning at our nursery in Groveland, Florida.

Plants must ship to arrive in four business days or less. Some delivery areas may require expedited shipping. During periods of extreme temperatures, we may have to delay shipments of live plants. Shipping is limited to U.S. Continental 50 States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands. No International.

Be aware of an additional charge for LTL/Truckline shipping to residential addresses.  

UPS Ground Shipping will include a $15 – $20 Pick Up Fee.

We CANNOT ship JUNIPER trees to California due to USDA Regulations. We CANNOT ship LIVE PLANTS to Hawaii due to USDA Regulations.  Non-live good shipments to Hawaii require UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.

Please note that since all orders are different and custom packed, there will be inaccuracies in our shipping cost estimates. Should actual shipping charges be more than estimate, you will be contacted and the additional charge collected before shipment.

ATTENTION: In-Hands Date

We do not guarantee any in-hands date time frame position on our booking list. Once we are contacted for an inquiry on any of our items, the order is not confirmed or booked until the artwork and order charges have been fully approved by the client. We must receive full payment for your order to begin production unless your company has already been approved by us with net terms on payments.

Drop Shipping
There is an additional drop ship charge per recipient due to extensive packaging and handling. Rate is based on box size.  Correspondence that you provide can be included at no additional cost but must be enclosed in a waterproof pouch.

Order Cancellations or Returns
Cancellations and returns are not offered once the production process has been started.

Damage or Shortage Policy
In the event of a shortage or damage, you must notify us immediately and keep the damaged merchandise for inspection by the delivery carrier. All claims must be reported to Eve’s Garden, Inc. via email within 24 hours from your receipt of the merchandise. Photos of damage are required.

Live Plants
Claims for errors in size, type, or species of live plants must be submitted within 24 hours of your receiving your product. When dealing with live, perishable plants, returns are not possible and we will be happy to work with you for a quick resolution. Please remove the plants from the package immediately and provide them with fresh water and protection from excessive temperatures.

Please do not expect perfectly matched pieces.  Color variations can be caused by glaze application differences, placement in kiln, changes in firing cycle, firing temperatures, and even the mine the raw material came from. It can be very difficult to match items from factory to factory, kiln to kiln and year to year.


Our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping. Any discounts or special prices are valid only if they are paid for in full according to our agreed upon policies.

Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. However, we do not warrant product descriptions or other content, including product images, are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
